Start media diary of your own media consumption under platform headings. Enter date, the amount of time spent with the media, and content e.g. 24/9/08 online 1 hour 22 minutes – Youtube, news and blogs.
First enteries will be looked at before following lesson.

I can think of two the mitchell brothers from eastenders, typical hardmen nothing ever seemed to phase them. Also gene hunt from life on mars. He was just what you would expect from a 1970's cop, as he swaggered around shouting random abuse at people.
