To research the community features of games these days (LittleBigPlanet, Playstation Home, Modnation Racers etc...) I could interview people who play these games/use these services and ask them how they use the features and how it affects their experience. I could also have a section where I am playing the games/using the services and giving an explain of the community aspects.
